The five weeks of LHSAA football playoffs, the path to Caesars Superdome in December, are always loaded with nearly as many twists and turns as great performances and storylines.
But, for nearly a decade now, Louisiana vs. All Y’all takes its shot every years at complete bracket predictions for all divisions — eight these days.
The annual predictions pieces are as much as anything a fun way to sift through the chaos of more than 200 teams preparing for eight simultaneous single-elimination tournaments and quickly spotlight some top tiers of teams and interesting storylines, players and matchups to watch.
But we have historically lived in the 75-85% accuracy range from year to year.
This year feels poised to challenge that mark, though, with more seemingly more tough-to-call games earlier in the bracket than we can remember in recent years.
