LVAY’s ‘Shootouts & Shutouts’ for LHSAA Week 4

Week 4 featured the fewest Louisiana vs. All Y’all “shootouts” thus far this high school football season — but not for lack of scoring in other capacities.

This weekend featured the most shutouts yet this season, including Haynesville’s 70-0 roll past Plain Dealing which tied for the most lopsided of 2025 and a 64-0 University Lab defeat of Collegiate-Baton Rouge that marked the season’s third-biggest margin to date.

On the other side of the spectrum, Sacred Heart-Ville Platte upset Opelousas Catholic, 3-0, in the lowest-scoring game of the season thus far.

Louisiana vs. All Y’all will compile the lists from games the scores for which have been officially submitted to the LHSAA. But feel free to let us know if you have another score that should be included, but has yet to be submitted.

A reminder that we’ll define shootouts as games featuring at least 70 combined points and with final margins within single digits. Shutouts are, well, shutouts.
