Latest AP, Coaches polls feature consensus top 10

The college football season has now officially hit its November home stretch with just the final third (or less) of the schedule remaining for programs around the country.

And the latest AP and Coaches polls released Sunday afternoon feature their greatest consensus to date from matching top 10s to, unfortunately for the Louisiana contingent, LSU and Tulane only earning minimal votes after their recent losses.

No. 1 Ohio State (8-0), No. 2 Indiana (9-0), No. 3 Texas A&M (8-0), No. 4 Alabama (7-1), No. 5 Georgia (7-1) and No. 6 Oregon (7-1) remain steady as the top six of both lists, which now also both round out their top 10 with No. 7 Ole Miss (8-1), No. 8 BYU (8-0), No. 9 Texas Tech (8-1) and No. 10 Notre Dame (6-2).

This week’s biggest risers include Texas (7-2) up seven and six spots to No. 13 on both lists, Utah (7-2) up seven spots to No. 17 in the AP and five to No. 19 in the Coaches and USC.

And the biggest falls include No. 15/16 Vanderbilt (7-2), No. 16/14 Georgia Tech (8-1), No. 18/18 Miami (6-2), No. 23/22 Tennessee (6-3) and No. 25/25 Cincinnati (7-2).
