Terms of Service

Effective Date: October 2, 2026 (replaces the version dated August 28, 2025)

Welcome to Louisiana VS All Y’all (“LVAY,” “we,” “our,” “us”). By using louisianavsallyall.com and its pages, tools and accounts (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

1. Using the Site

• Use the Site only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Don’t try to hack, overload, disrupt or get around any part of the Site, including its accounts, Power Board and data feeds.
• Don’t use bots, scrapers, crawlers or other automated tools to copy or collect content or data from the Site or its data feeds without our written permission. Normal search-engine indexing is allowed.

2. What We Own

Unless noted otherwise, everything on the Site is owned by LVAY and protected by copyright and trademark law. That includes:

• Our content: articles, videos, shows, podcasts, photos we took, graphics and share images.
• Our ratings and tools: the LVAY power ratings, Bayou Power Board, projections, scenarios, standings and stats pages, playoff bracket trees, historical archives, and the way that information is gathered, calculated, organized and displayed, along with the Site’s code and design.
• Our brand: the names Louisiana VS All Y’all™, LVAY™, Bayou Power Board™, Recruit Dat Boot™, The Sidelined Coach™, Stale Popcorn™ and PODnas™, our logos, and our show names and artwork. You may not use them in a way that suggests we created, sponsor or approve something we didn’t.

Game scores and schedules are facts and belong to no one. Our ratings, analysis, compilations, writing and presentation of them are ours.

3. Sharing Our Work

We love when fans, coaches and schools share LVAY. You’re welcome to:

• Share links to any page on social media, by text or by email.
• Share our own social posts and videos using the platform’s share or embed buttons.
• Quote a short part of a story or mention a team’s LVAY rating, as long as you credit “LVAY” or “louisianavsallyall.com.”

Without our written permission you may not:

• Copy or republish full stories, videos, graphics, ratings tables, standings, brackets or other pages.
• Republish, sell, or use LVAY ratings or data on another website, app, broadcast, publication or product.
• Remove the LVAY logo, watermark or credit from anything we made.
• Use our content or data to train or feed an AI or machine-learning system.

Schools and media who want to use LVAY content or ratings should email us. We say yes more often than not.

4. Free Accounts

• Accounts are free and are used to save your settings, picks and scenarios. You must be at least 13 years old to create one.
• Give accurate information, keep your password private, and use one account per person. You’re responsible for activity on your account.
• Display names can’t impersonate another person, school, coach or LVAY, and can’t be offensive. We may change or remove a display name that breaks these rules.
• You can delete your account at any time from the My Account page. See our Privacy Policy for how account information is handled.
• We may suspend or delete accounts that break these Terms.

5. What You Post

• You own what you submit (comments, scores, photos, forum posts and similar). By posting it, you give LVAY a free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, share, edit for length and use it on the Site and LVAY social channels.
• Only post things you have the right to share. Don’t post anything that is false, threatening, harassing, hateful, sexual, or that shares private information about anyone.
• Be respectful of student-athletes. Most of the players we cover are minors. Don’t post personal information about them (home address, phone, private social accounts) or attack them personally.
• We may moderate, edit or remove any post at our discretion, and we aren’t responsible for what users post.

6. Copyright Complaints (Takedown Requests)

We respect other people’s work. If you believe something on the Site uses your copyrighted work without permission, email louisianavsallyall@gmail.com with the subject “Copyright” and include:

1. Your name and contact information.
2. A description of the work you own, and the link to where it appears on our Site.
3. A statement that you believe in good faith the use isn’t authorized by you, your agent or the law.
4. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or are authorized to act for the owner.
5. Your physical or electronic signature.

We’ll review it and remove the material if appropriate. Accounts that repeatedly post others’ work without permission will be closed.

7. Players, Parents and Schools

If you’re a student-athlete, parent or school and want a photo, video or personal detail about a student reviewed or removed, email us. We take these requests seriously and respond quickly.

8. Ratings, Scores and Accuracy

• LVAY is an independent media outlet. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the LHSAA, any school, or any conference unless we say so.
• Our power ratings, projections, Power Board scenarios and brackets are our own calculations, made for information and entertainment. Official standings, power ratings, seeds and playoff brackets come only from the LHSAA.
• Scores and records come from many sources and may contain errors. Information is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Don’t rely on the Site for any decision where accuracy matters, including betting.
• Spot a mistake? Email us and we’ll fix it.

9. Sponsors, Ads and Other Websites

Some features are presented by sponsors, and the Site contains ads and links to other websites. Sponsors don’t control our coverage or ratings. We aren’t responsible for other websites’ content, products or practices.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, LVAY and its owners, partners, writers and contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or any loss arising from your use of the Site. If we are ever found liable to you, our total liability is limited to $100.

You agree to cover LVAY’s reasonable costs, including legal fees, from any claim caused by content you post or by your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Louisiana.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here with a new Effective Date. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept it.
