The dynamic duo from Parkway’s historic 2023 state championship are set for a reunion in purple and gold.
LSU announced the signing Tuesday of Tennessee Tech transfer Chloe Larry, the Bossier City native who starred alongside rising senior Mikaylah Williams in the Panthers’ backcourt during their decorated prep careers.
Larry who was also a softball and track and field standout at Parkway, spent the past two years leading the Golden Eagles as one of the top players in the Ohio Valley Conference.
“I’m excited to welcome Chloe to LSU,” LSU coach Kim Mulkey said in a news release. “She brings an incredible work ethic, strong leadership, and a natural ability to elevate those around her. I have no doubt she will work tirelessly to represent the purple and gold with pride.”
The 5-foot-8 guard was named a member of the OVC All-Newcomer Team as a trust freshman in 2025 with averages of 11.7 points, 4.8 rebounds and 3.1 assists in 30 starts and 31 appearances.
Larry followed up that debut campaign with an All-OVC Second-Team performance this season with averages of 13.6 points, 3.9 rebounds and 2.4 assists in 26 starts and 27 appearances.
She was one of Tennessee Tech’s top facilitators during her time with the program while also shooting 35.0% from beyond the arc, getting to the foul line at a high rate and converting there at an 84.4% clip.
Larry finished ninth in the league in scoring, fifth in free-throw percentage and seventh in 3-pointers made in 2025-26.
Her and Williams’ 2023 state championship run marked the first in Parkway’s program history.
After Williams’ graduated that spring and headed to Baton Rouge, Larry led the Panthers right back to a second straight state title in 2024.
